How should I submit my artwork?
We accept all file formats, native files as well as HiRes - Press Ready PDFs. Visit our file preparation area for more information. Files can easily be transferred by going to our Upload Files link. Please call us if you are unsure of any aspect of your file submission!

What is a PDF?
Adobe Portable Document Format
The industry accepted standard for more dependable electronic information exchange. Invented by Adobe System, Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) lets you capture and view information from any application, on any computer system and share it with anyone.

What is a "Press Ready" or "Hi Res" PDF?
A Press Ready PDF is a PDF document that has been created using Distiller settings optimized for commercial printing purposes.

What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring the accuracy of your printed piece. We will produce a proof that is sent to you via email, or is printed on paper to be viewed at our facility or delivered to you by your account representative.

Why do I need to view a proof?
Final approval of a proof ensures that you have looked over every aspect of the project and approve it as being accurate in terms of color, content and positioning. We want to make sure your project is free from errors; however, it is better to catch errors in the proofing stage rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
